PAYMENT
We accept international payment cards such as MasterCard and Visa. You can also pay using PayPal.
 
DELIVERY
Your products will normally be delivered within 10 working days if they are in stock. All products are delivered by PostDanmark, and their delivery times apply. European delivery surcharges vary from country to country. The applicable price will be specified upon ordering.
 
The following provides a rough guide to delivery times and costs for items in stock delivered to your country of residence:

WARRANTY
Morfo provide a 2 year warranty in accordance with the stipulations of Danish consumer legislation. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects identified following normal usage. The warranty does not cover faults, damage or wear which are the direct or indirect result of incorrect operation, insufficient maintenance, violence or unauthorised measures. Complaints relating to deficiencies which it ought to be possible to identify under a standard examination of the product, must be reported to Morfo within a reasonable time frame. The product can then be returned for repair, exchange or refund (see “returned goods” below). Morfo undertake to meet reasonable costs incurred in returning such products.
 
RETURNED GOODS
You are entitled to return your product within 14 days of purchase. When you return the product it must be in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. When we have received your returned goods and authorised reimbursement the purchase price will be transferred to your account via PayPal (ex. shipping and handling charges) within a few days. The cost of returning the product in question is to be met by the consumer. Send us an e-mail at info@morfo.dk and await specific instructions before returning your product. State your order number and provide a brief description of your grounds for returning the product.
We will not take possession of products returned cash on delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days' right of withdrawal in accordance with the stipulations of Danish consumer legislation.
 
PERSONAL INFORMATION
No personal information registered by Morfo will at any time be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored in an appropriate fashion and is only accessible to authorised Morfo personnel.
 
Where electronic payment methods are used a secure encrypted connection is employed that has been approved by PBS.
 
The shop system uses so-called “cookies” to manage the contents of your shopping cart. A cookie is simply a file which is saved to your PC. You can also opt to allow the system to save your contact information for your next visit. Should you wish to delete this information at a later date you can do so using your browser settings. In Internet Explorer, for example, this is done via the “Internet Settings” sub-menu under “Functions”.
 
During the purchase process you will be required to supply us with your name, address, telephone number and e-mail. This information is used exclusively to allow us to handle your order. This information is transmitted and stored unencrypted for five years. Morfo does not save your “purchase agreement” nor is it possible to track or alter your order status using our website.
 
We also register the IP address used to make any purchases. Such information is not normally used but can be of use in an eventual police investigation. All false orders will be registered with the Danish police!
 
You are also welcome to sigh up for Morfo's mailing list and receive regular Morfo news and information via e-mail. You can opt in or out of this service at any time.
 
In accordance with data protection legislation, we will provide details of the information we have stored about you at your request and undertake to delete it should you so require it.
